1. Q : How to join the selection process?
  A : You can follow the selection process by submitting an interest confirmation letter.
2. Q : How long is the contract period awarded to the selection winners for each selection package?
  A : For each selection package, the contract period is total of 6 years, of which 1 year is the Covid-19 recovery period and 5 years of the normal / fix contract period
3. Q : What is the cost to download the RFQ & RFP document?
  A : The fee required to submit RFQ & RFP documents is IDR 10,000,000 (Ten Million Rupiah). The RFQ & RFP document cost is for each sub package. Therefore, for example if a company intends to participate in one (1) selection packages consisting with seven (7) sub packages, they will be required to pay IDR 10.000.000,- x 7 = IDR 70.000.000,-.
4. Q : By submitting the RFQ & RFP proposal document, does that mean my company automatically join the selection process?
  A : yes, participants who have paid for RFQ & RFP documents and have collected RFQ & RFP documents are entitled to take part in the selection process.
5. Q : For selection package that consist of 2 different locations, does the participant prepare the proposal for one of the location only or 2 locations?
  A : No, it is not possible to divide the packages. The submitted proposal must cover all of the designated locations in the package.
6. Q : What if I have already paid for 4 package of RFQ & RFP documents, but in the end only submit 3 packages?
  A : If there are differences between packages paid and submitted, in which there are areas of RFQ & RFP package already bought but the proposal was not submitted, then the money that have been paid will not be returned (non-refundable)
7. Q : After confirmation of payment, we will provide the data for login to allow you to download the RFQ & RFP document. Normally it will take 1 working day for us to send you the email confirmation.
  A : We will give the log in data to download the RFQ & RFP document after we confirm the payment. Normally it will take 1 working days to send the email confirmation.
8. Q : Will I become the selection winner after I paid the RFQ & RFP document?
  A : No, the payment of the RFQ & RFP document is just an indication for a participant to be eligible to download the RFQ & RFP document and join the selection process. The winner of the selection process for each package will be determine through the bidding procedure as per mentioned in the RFP document.
9. Q : I already paid and download the RFQ & RFP document. But, we have technical problems while preparing the proposal. Can I have more time to prepare the document?
  A : No, there is no special time extension. The timeline for RFQ and RFP phase is as advertised. Any changes can only be made by PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Late proposal submission will be automatically rejected
10. Q : What language shall be used in preparing the RFQ and RFP document?
  A : The participant will have to prepare all of documents (RFQ and RFP) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (bi-lingual). Both of these languages will need to have the same meaning and interpretation.
11. Q : After we pay the RFQ-RFP document, do we get a payment receipt?
  A : Yes, after making a payment transfer you are required to send an email to payment2021@baliairportselection.com
12. Q : Will the RFP payment fee be refunded if we decide to withdraw, or not submit a proposal?
  A : No, RFP fee payment is not refundable.
13. Q : When is the last submission date and time for the proposals?
  A : Please download the RFQ document to see the selection process timeline
14. Q : We need clarification / additional information regarding to the content of the RFQ or RFP document, can we request the clarification directly to PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) employee?
  A : No, all communication and question have to be submitted via this selection process website (question & answer section). If the the participant establish communication with PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) employee, the participant will be disqualified.
15. Q : I am existing business partner in AP1, how is the procedure to request statement letter regarding to be free from any non-current debt?
  A : You can send the request letter to:

Email correspondency is just related to non-current debt statement letter request. Any other correspondencies outside that subject will be ignored.

16. Q : I never had any business contract / agreement with AP1. Should I request statement letter for free of non-current debt?
  A : No.
